The SouverainBox sheet: which box for how many people

One sheet per box, Solo, Team, SMB and Enterprise: who it is for, how much memory, which AI models fit. Response speeds are not measured yet, and the sheet says so.

Which SouverainBox do you need? The SouverainBox sheet starts from two questions: how many people will use it, and what you want to do. The uses to pick from are write and chat, code, reasoning, read images, search your documents, dictate and read aloud. The sheet picks the box and tells you, for each AI model, whether it fits in that box or not.

Solo: one person. A professional or a self-employed worker. 16 GB of memory, about 8 GB of it for the models (estimate). No graphics card: the model runs on the processor. The Ministral conversation model, document search, dictation and reading aloud fit; the large coding and reasoning models do not.

Team: two or three people. A small firm, a workshop, a project team. 32 GB of memory, about 24 GB of it for the models (estimate), still with no graphics card. The coding, reasoning and stronger writing models fit, one at a time, along with a few small models.

SMB: four to ten people. A small business, a clinic, a firm. 64 GB of unified memory, shared between the processor and the graphics, about 48 GB of it for the models. Several large models can be ready together (estimate).

Enterprise: eleven to thirty people. AI available to every employee. 128 GB of unified memory, about 96 GB of it for the models: the whole catalog can stay ready at the same time (estimate). Beyond thirty people, we plan a second machine.

Two rules to remember. Coding and reasoning need models of about 15 GB: you need at least the Team box. And when all the chosen models do not fit in memory at the same time, they load one at a time, on demand.

Let us be clear about what the sheet does not say: the memory figures per model are estimates, and response speeds are not yet measured on these four boxes. We will publish the real measurements, with their date. All the models in the offer have an open license (Apache 2.0 or MIT).

To see the boxes on video: Solo and Team, the two small SouverainBox and SMB and Enterprise, the two large SouverainBox. The videos are in French, and the prices shown in them are indicative and may change without notice.
