SouverainCode FAQ
Models, plans, interfaces, password, account deletion and documents: the short answers.
Where do the AI models run?
On Archipel’s servers, in Québec. SouverainCode uses Mistral models: Fast for everyday tasks, Strong and Deep for code and heavier missions.
What are the plans?
Découverte (seven-day free trial), Solo and DEV, plus the SouverainBox for companies that want to keep everything in-house. Current prices are on souveraincode.ca.
What are Talk, Dev and Bureau?
Three ways to work with the same account: Talk to converse, Dev for coding missions with files and the console, Bureau to write documents from 67 templates, with a proofreader.
Can the agent change my files or run commands?
Yes, that’s what makes it useful: it works in your workspace. Commands run in an isolated environment and, depending on your settings, the agent asks for your approval before acting.
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in page, click Forgot password: a link valid for one hour arrives by email. The step-by-step guide shows every screen.
How do I delete my account?
In Settings, in a few clicks. An email confirms the deletion.
Can my documents stay on my computer?
Yes, with Archipel Desktop: the agent searches them for answers without your files leaving your machine.
